ARA Construction was founded by Sam Araj, a Morgan Hill general contractor with 9 years of hands-on renovation experience throughout the Bay Area. Sam has personally managed 32+ bathroom remodels, 20+ kitchen renovations, 16+ full home renovations, and ground-up construction — first through his own real estate investment properties, then for clients through referrals. ARA Construction LLC was formally licensed in 2026 to deliver that same expertise with the professional structure and accountability homeowners deserve.

Today, ARA Construction helps homeowners throughout Morgan Hill and Santa Clara County with kitchen remodeling, bathroom renovations, and full home renovation projects built with craftsmanship, attention to detail, and clear communication.
