Sam Araj has spent 9 years performing kitchen remodels, bathroom renovations, and full home renovations throughout the Bay Area — first through his own real estate investment properties, then for clients through referrals. Across that time, Sam has personally managed 32+ bathroom remodels, 20+ kitchen renovations, 16+ full home renovations, and ground-up construction projects including a full home build and complex structural rebuilds. ARA Construction LLC was formally licensed in 2026 to bring that experience under one professional, accountable entity that homeowners can trust.
Our Story
Before formally launching ARA Construction, Sam spent 9 years purchasing and renovating homes as part of his real estate investment projects, while also taking on remodeling work for clients through referrals. Working closely with trades, managing renovations, and overseeing projects from start to finish gave him a practical understanding of construction that goes beyond theory.
After years of hands-on experience, Sam saw a problem in the construction industry. Many homeowners were dealing with contractors who were slow to complete projects, lacked communication, or charged high prices without delivering the level of service they expected.
